Hi, I’m Prakriti, a writer based in Bengaluru.

I usually turn to books and writing when life feels a bit too full of contradictions (which, let’s be honest, is most of the time). I’m drawn to the quiet stuff—feelings, memories, those half-formed thoughts we don’t always say out loud.

My work has appeared in Mint Lounge, The Telegraph, EPW Engage, Kitaab, and a few others. I also publish weekly essays on Medium, where I try to be honest, curious, and a little vulnerable. You can find snippets of my writing (and some scattered thoughts) on Twitter and Instagram, where I go by @kritipraaa.
